You really ought to add Rob Simmons (CT-2) to that list. His numbers don't look too bad, but his district trends Democratic and he's going to be in a pile of trouble when and if the Groton Sub Base, which is in the heart of his district, closes.
If the Democrats had fielded a halfway decent candidate in 2004, they might have won it.
